Mobile Homes
Because we appreciate that people are different, we have 4 different types of mobile home so there’s something to suite everyone. We never compromise on comfort or equipment and all our units feel very spacious – each is a full 4 metres (13 feet) wide – to give plenty of room for your party.Take a look at each one and then make your choice from the range which varies in size, facilities and inventory.
Light, spacious, open
All our mobile homes feature a light, open living space with a generous 2.53 metres (8’ 3") of headroom. They have bright, colourful furnishings and fittings and a minimum of two bedrooms, separated by the living area for greater privacy.Hot and cold running water is available in the kitchen and shower room and the vinyl floor makes it easy to clean up any spills. They benefit from insulated external and internal walls and double-glazing helps ensure peace and quiet. Power sockets are provided for both UK and continental plugs, as well as a shaver point and smoke detector.
Everything you need to make your holiday easy
The kitchens are equipped with a four-burner hob, kettle, fridge and a full set of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a table, chairs and banquette in the living area, which hides a pull-out double bed. A wall mounted electric heater is available in case of any cooler nights and there is ample storage space for your food and personal belongings.Our double beds are 1.4 metres x 1.9 metres (4’ 7" x 6’ 3") and fixed single beds are 0.8 metres x 1.9 metres (2’ 7" x 6’ 3"). Pillows and blankets are provided and wardrobes contain fitted hangers. There is either a shelf or cabinet beside each bed.
Our bathrooms have powerful showers with glazed doors plus a washbasin and mirror/vanity unit.
All you need to bring are your towels, pillow-cases and sheets. Pillows and blankets are provided, and don’t forget towels for the pool and the beach! Linen packs, containing sheets and pillowcases, are available to hire and you can also hire towel packs.

The Evergreen - A new standard in space and luxury
The all-new Evergreen series mobile home is 1.5m longer than our Pinewood series and offers some new and special benefits.Both 2 and 3 bedroom models set high environmental standards with improved insulation, energy saving gas boiler, low energy lighting, water-saving taps and showers, double glazing and recyclable materials.
Evergreen 2 features a full-width Master bedroom with two wardrobes, a
dressing table and plenty of shelf space too. Both bedrooms have their
own thermostatic heater. We’ve retained the popular two-bedroom, two
bathroom configuration of the Pinewood series.The Evergreen 3 offers a first for Spring Harvest Holidays – 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thanks to its massive 40m2 area. This allows the master bedroom to have its own en-suite facilities.

Our top-of-the-range mobile home offers you a massive 36.4 square metres ( 390 square feet) of luxury accommodation in which to take it easy and enjoy your holiday. It’s available in both two and three bedroom configurations.The two bedroom model has a second bathroom with shower, toilet and small wash basin, giving you two en suite rooms.
The three bedroom model has two toilets and a fold-under bed in one of the twin rooms, so it can easily be converted to single occupancy.
Fully equiped
The Pinewood is fully equipped with all our standard features and equipment you would expect, and in addition offers the following:• luxury upholstery

• mirror unit with shelf and light in one bedroom

Pinewood Deluxe

Our Ashglade mobile homes come in both 2 and 3 bedroom configurations and like the Pinewood, are furnished to a high standard. The two bedroom model sleeps up to 6 people in one double room, one twin room and a pull-out bed in the lounge; the three bedroom model can sleep up to 8 people in one double, two twin rooms and a pull-out bed in the lounge.
The three bedroom model is designed with fold-under beds in the two twin rooms, meaning they can easily be configured to sleep just one person in each.
As with all our accommodation, it comes with a barbeque and a table and chairs outside so that you can make the most of the Vendeen sunshine.The Firgrove/The Poplar - Great value for money
These are our 2 starter homes but at a spacious 4 metres x 7.3 metres (13’ x 24’), 29.2 square metres (312 square feet) they give you a great, comfortable living space. They sleep up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a pull-out bed in the lounge. The Firgrove is fully equipped and promises you a relaxing stay at great value for money.For those on a tighter budget, but preferring a mobile home to a tent, a limited number of Poplar mobile homes are available.
Our Poplars have two bedrooms and sleep 4 people. Their size, layout and facilities vary from that of the rest of our range, but all are equipped with the same kitchen inventory as our Firgroves and are able to provide you with a base for a lovely holiday.
