Beautiful vendeen style villas set within the Le Pas Opton perimeter -  a great way to take it easy and relax with family, friends or church group.

There are 3 to choose from – La Moisson, Le Printemps, L’Ete.  Whichever one you choose you won’t be disappointed.  They are all furnished to a very high standard and are so well equipped you’ll immediately feel at home. They all have their own private gardens, with private parking. 

Naturally the villas come fully equipped with TV, DVD and video player, hi-fi stereo, towels, sheets, pillows, pillow-cases, duvets with covers and central heating for the cooler months. crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, and access to all the facilities Le Pas Opton has to offer.

Le Printemps is an ideal choice for wheelchair users with its extra wide doorways and accessible en suite bathroom facilities.

La Moisson

This spacious, beautifully decorated 2 storey villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. It has three large bedrooms upstairs, two with three single beds, the other is a twin bedded room. On the ground floor there is a separate unit with its own mezzanine level shower room and toilet, and two sets of twin beds.
The fully-fitted kitchen includes a double-width gas cooker with double oven, grill and five-burner hob, a microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine in the adjacent utility area.

A light and airy dining area seats 12 at a large, farmhouse style table. This is  adjacent to the tastefully furnished modern lounge with wood-effect stove. A large bathroom and a separate toilet are provided upstairs, with a further two shower rooms downstairs, including their own toilets.

Each of our villas are extremely popular and a great space for several families coming together, groups and conferences.













Between them they offer spacious, luxury accommodation for up to 30 people, and have well kept gardens that allow you to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the privacy, whilst still feeling a part of the holiday experience. In ad dition, out of Le Pas Opton season, all three properties are available to rent throughout the year. Although the site facilities may be closed, they make a great base from which to explore the area.

Le Printemps

This beautifully decorated bungalow can accommodate up to 10 people in five twin-bedded rooms – one with en suite shower and toilet. There are a further two toilets and shower rooms.

The kitchen is fitted in French Oak, with electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher and there’s a fridge-freezer and washing machine in the utility room.
The oak-beamed dining room has a table for 10 by a large open fire and the comfortable lounge has an enclosed wood-burning stove.
Bedroom 2 and its en suite facilities have wide doorways and have been adapted for wheelchair users.

It also has a large, well kept garden with beautiful shrubs and flowers where you can sit, relax and enjoy the sunshine.

L’Ete

This gorgeous bungalow with its Vendeen blue shutters and whitewashed exterior will comfortably sleep 8. It comprises of 1 double bedroom with en suite facilities and 3 twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms has en suite facilities, the other 2 share a luxury bathroom containing bath with integral shower, basin, WC.  There is also a separate WC. The master bedroom also features double doors that lead out onto a patio at the front.

The fabulous farmhouse style fitted kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher, whilst the adjoining utility room contains a fridge-freezer and washing machine. A dining table and chairs for 8 are situated in the kitchen/diner and the lounge has 3 comfy sofas for you to relax after a hard day at the pool.
