Ferry

Our holiday prices include a Dover-Calais ferry crossing which you can switch to any other route (for a supplementary cost), or arrange your own travel (we’ll deduct £50 off your holiday price).

Which crossing is best for you?

For advice on which route to pick, our experienced Customer Service team are happy to advise - just call 01825 748318 (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).  As our holidays run Monday-Monday, all crossings shown in our brochure are either Sunday or Monday sailings although travel can be arranged on any day (additional supplements may apply).

Please note that some craft are unable to carry oversize vehicles, trailers, caravans etc.

The time it takes from the ferry port to LPO by car:

  • Calais: 450 miles, 8 hours
  • Caen : 235 miles, 4.5 hours
  • Cherbourg: 250 miles, 5 hours
  • St Malo: 165 miles, 3.5 hours
  • Roscoff : 250 miles,  5 hours
  • Zeebrugge: 480 miles, 8.5 hours

Condor ferries are yet to confirm their prices for the 2012 summer season. We'll update the grid below as soon as we receive confirmation from them.

Key

HS = High Speed crossings. No cabins available; prices include reclining seats for all passengers.

1 = for car and two passengers. Additional passengers £12 each

High season: 19 July to 18 August ex UK; 28 July to 2 September ex France.
All ferry times are local (France is always 1 hr ahead of UK).
Half term week: additional ferry supplements will apply to weekend travel.
Oversize vehicles: Please enquire if your vehicle (including anything mounted on it) is over 1.83m high or over 5m long.
Supplements are for single journeys and payable per vehicle.
Departure times are subject to change by ferry operators.
All crossings are offered subject to availability of tour operator spaces. Early booking is advisable for peak periods, incl. half term.
