There are three main areas in which volunteers serve:
- Our Animateur team delivers our spiritual programme for children and young people and supports our entertainment, sport and creative activities programme for all ages. They also support our Bénévole teams in delivering other guest service roles alongside their main programme work.
- Our Bénévole teams help with a range of practical, operational and guest service roles that are essential in delivering a great holiday experience.
- Our Montage/Demontage teams help set up the site in April/May, and in September prepare the site for the winter months.
These are not paid roles, but we do provide food and accommodation to all those who volunteer full time with us (39 hours per week), plus additional support with travel and the option to apply for financial sponsorship if volunteering for three or more weeks. All our volunteers, whether volunteering for a short or longer period, have full access to our programmes and the site facilities.
Our Animateur and Bénévole teams are now recruited for 2025. We will begin recruiting for 2026 in the Autumn. If you would like us to notify you when applications open please email [email protected].
