Tom is now retired after 40 years in Baptist Ministry including 7 years as a Hospice Chaplain. Ruth, a registered nurse, retired after 18 Years as a school matron at a very large Secondary School. They now live in Eastbourne. Their experience is wide and varied. They have two children and seven grandchildren. When not involved with the family they have a fairly active social life!!

A Baptist minister for 10 years, Army chaplain for 24 years and former Chaplain-General of the British Army, leading 155 full time chaplains from the main UK denominations, Jonathan has given appreciable Christian leadership experience. Working as an MA tutor and chaplain at Moorlands College, Convenor of the United Navy, Army and Air Force Board, have all brought deeper insight into leadership dynamics. He was appointed the Queen’s Honorary Chaplain (QHC) in 2008 and made Companion of the Bath (CB) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list in 2014. He has since been moderator of Baptist churches and continues to mentor Baptist ministers and chaplains. He enjoys watching most sports, plays golf, tennis and loves a wide range of music, but can’t play a thing!

Andy has been in pastoral ministry and church leadership for over 30 years. A gifted and passionate Bible teacher, preacher and church leader. He has a deep love for Jesus and people and a strong spiritual gifts of encouragement and compassion.

Before entering ministry, Andy served as a police officer in The Thames Valley Police and later as a police inspector in the Royal Hong Kong Police. But God had a different calling - to be a policeman of his people: to protect them, encourage them, teach them and love them.

After 10 years as pastor of Welcome Baptist Church in Heathfield, East Sussex, with his wife Jo and three sons, has moved to the West Country. Andy has been appointed as the new Webnet Regional Team Leader for the West of England Baptist Association.

Olly Goldenberg is the director of Children Can, author of many books, convener of Hand in Hand national children’s and family leaders conference and the Come Lord Jesus international prayer relay. He lives in the South of England with his wife and 5 children. They desire to see the next generation walk in revival and generations of the church connected together.

Ben and Emma Jeffery are based in Manchester and are involved in parent-led Christian education of their three children (15, 11 and 5 years). Ben is the Head of Unity for the Evangelical Alliance and Emma leads LAUNCH, a growing movement of leaders committed to equipping & multiplying healthy disciples and churches. They are church planters who are passionate about discipleship of all ages and parenting with purpose.

Andrew runs his own successful painting business as well as helping to lead a small local church. Anna has spent years in the field of education teaching across the country. Since having children they decided they'd embrace the life of home education and are happily exhausted to lead their three children through their education years. They're really looking forward to this very special week at LPO and are excited about the blessings that the Lord will have in store for everyone.

Martin Young is based in the UK and has been leading and planting churches for over 30 years, with ministry emphases on community engagement, global mission, leadership development, and the arts. He is now concentrating on working with artists and theatre and film makers in projects that engage people with the creativity of the Kingdom of Heaven. Martin also supports churches and Christian ministries in the UK and internationally, including serving Spring Harvest as the chair of trustees for its parent charity, Essential Christian.

Rachael is CEO of Saltmine Theatre Company. She has also been a speaker at Spring Harvest for many years. Passionate about the Bible, creative communication and building God's church, she's been a regular favourite at LPO for many years.

Katherine works for the Evangelical Alliance and is part of the Being Human team. She became a Christian while at drama school and has since been passionate about reaching young adults with the gospel. She feels called to equip the church in evangelism and speaking into cultural issues.

Brian leads the team at Newton Mearns Baptist church in Glasgow and is involved with Spring Harvest.

A former fisherman, he likes the challenge of teaching the Bible in today’s society. Married to Janet, they have two children who are LPO fans!

Odele is the National leader of Kyria Scotland and works with Christian female leaders across the country. Alongside this Odele is just about to move on from being on the Senior Leadership team at Central in Edinburgh to pastor at Abbeyhill Baptist Church together with her husband Andy. They have two boys Jenson and Tobyn who love LPO because of all the activities on offer. In her spare time Odele loves to go fresh water swimming even when it’s snowy and she has to crack the ice to get in for a dip!

Johnny McClaughlin is married to Jenny, and together they have three children: Jonah, Maisie, and Jenson. Since 2010, Johnny has had the privilege of serving as Pastor of Hamilton Road Baptist Church, a vibrant and growing church in Bangor, Northern Ireland. He also serves as Principal of the Irish Baptist College.

Johnny is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys both football, rugby and golf. He has previously valued the opportunity to teach at LPO during the summers of 2018 and 2019.

Matt is the Senior Pastor at Testwood Baptist Church just outside of southampton, he is married to Emma and they have three children, Jonah, Lucy and Ava. Matt likes football and supports Southampton Football Club. Matt has a passion for growing leaders and supporting the church as it steps into that which God has in store. Matt loves to preach and teach God’s word and has served at Testwood for over 10 years.

Sim & Lottie Dendy have four adult children and lead Freedom Church in Romsey, Hampshire UK. Yes, it’s true, they met at the Spring Harvest event in Skegness and have served on the Spring Harvest team in a variety of roles since that moment. Sim is a podcaster and regular communicator for Care for the Family and Big Church Festival and leads Tribe, a UK network of churches, part of the 24-7 Prayer Community Networks.

Wim and his wife Gea founded Presence Foundation with the purpose to make God's presence visible in the lives and vocations of people in the church and in places of influence in the Netherlands.

Presence reaches people by bringing a message of hope to people's lives and callings in churches and at conferences, by encouraging and supporting leaders of organisations, foundations and corporations, and by inspiration through social media.

Gavin is the CEO of the Evangelical Alliance and has been involved with Spring Harvest for most of his life. He is passionate about seeing the local Church fulfil its calling to take the gospel of Jesus into every community.

Anne leads Stanmore Baptist Church in North London. She loves serving the Church more widely through speaking, spending time with leaders and writing; all with a passion to awaken and be ready for revival.

Krish is a popular speaker and broadcaster, and author of several books on theology, mission and practical Christian living. He is a recognised public spokesperson on issues ranging from child welfare, and the care system to education and immigration, and offers consultancy and mentoring to preachers and church leaders. He is the founder and director of Sanctuary Foundation, a charity that advises government and empowers civil society, business and faith groups to support refugees. He has innovated a Great Big Live Assembly, that regularly reaches hundreds of thousands of school children. He and his wife have been foster carers for 20 years, and have recently become Shared Lives Carers. They share their home with 8 people in an intentional family-based community living arrangement, that effectively supports a range of young adults.

Phil Knox is an evangelist and missiologist at the Evangelical Alliance. He is passionate about making Jesus known and the power of friendship. He loves learning and has degrees in law and mission and evangelism. His work in the UK is studying how people come to faith in Jesus and helping the church maximise those pathways. He preaches around 100 times a year in a variety of contexts and is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 2's Pause for Thought.

Phil is married to Dani and they have two sons, Caleb and Jos. He is an avid runner, enthusiastic waterskier and once broke the world record for the longest five-a-side football match. He is also an award winning performance poet and author of Story Bearer and The Best of Friends.

He is an activist who is passionate about speaking on themes such as resilience, courage and and
wellbeing. He has founded two award-winning charities; XLP, a Schools and Community Charity which he ran for 22 years and pioneered Kintsugi Hope which has Wellbeing Groups all over the UK to help people in the area of their mental health. He is a mental health first aider, a campaigner on issues of social justice and was awarded an OBE for his services to young people by the late Queen Elizabeth II. He is an Honorary Fellow of the South Bank University for his contribution to Justice and Wellbeing and recently was awarded CEO of the year 2023 for mental health training.

Gareth is married to Laura and they have three children and one foster child. He is a Methodist Minister by background serving latterly as Superintendent of Plymouth Methodist Central Hall. He is currently part of the faculty of Moorlands College, Dorset where he teaches across the programmes, on leadership, mission and spiritual formation. In his spare time he is a drinker of good coffee and an avid watcher of non-league football.

Jean is a Guernsey man serving as vicar of St Francis Church, Salisbury. Sue and Jean have 4 children who love making music together. Whenever possible, Jean enjoys riding his motorbike – and praying!

Chris serves as Associate Minister & Programme Director for the School for Discipleship at Lansdowne Church, Bournemouth. He pastored three local churches and taught theology for many years at Moorlands College. Chris has written extensively on archaeology, apologetics and philosophy. His archaeology interests have taken him far and wide, involving excavations across the Holy Land.

Ian and Ruth Coffey have been involved in Christian ministry for five decades and, in that time, have served in a variety of leadership roles from local church to national organisations. They spent the last fifteen years on the staff of Moorlands College until they retired in 2022. They continue to travel, teach, preach and write extensively They live in a small village in East Dorset.

Andy serves as principal of Moorlands College, where he has worked since 2011. He comes with plenty of experience of pastoral leadership, youth work, and opening up Scripture. Andy is an adoptive dad, keen runner and Liverpool fan.
